How much does it cost for shipping fee?

yomommies uses PosLaju for most delivery to West and East Malaysia. The delivery charges will be shown once you check out your purchase in the shopping cart.Free Shipping is offered for more than certain value purchased. Note that Oversize items typically take longer to deliver and sometimes require special treatment. If a special shipping and processing condition applies to an item, you`ll find clarification of the shipping methods and times noted with the product description.


When will I receive my order?

Your order, after successfully placed on our website, will need to go through verification process to make sure your provided payment/contact/delivery info is correct. We will update you via email once your item is shipped out. Lead time to receive your item is clearly stated on its product page, during checkout, and on order placement success page. Average shipping time is 3-5 days within Peninsular Malaysia and 3-7 days to East Malaysia. 


Can I schedule the delivery of my order?

Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date. However, you may coordinate with our courier partner to schedule according to your preference. Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.


What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.


Is there any domestic area yomommies cannot deliver to?

We can deliver to all domestic areas.


Does yomommies offer international shipments?

Yes, currently we can offer international shipping.


Can yomommies deliver the package to my office?

Yes. We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.


Can I pick up my order at yomommies office?

We don't offer this option for now.
